Microsoft said it had tied the threat groups it calls Storm-0940 and ARTEX to activity involving ConnectWise. That is the narrow version of Microsoft Storm-0940 ConnectWise.
The person this changes first is a shop that runs ConnectWise and needed a reason to read the advisory today. Security is who the reporting names, and that is not a claim about every rival in the same market.
I am not adding a result the report did not state. A pilot, a pledge, a filing, and a product you can buy are different events, and Microsoft Storm-0940 ConnectWise is only as far as the first sentence.
