What GenzeBlog stores, which cookies run, and how advertising works if you accept them.

This policy covers GenzeBlog and is published by Muhammad Muhib. It was last updated on 23 October 2026. It explains what the site stores, which cookies run, and how advertising works if you accept cookies.

Who is responsible

Muhammad Muhib is the publisher. He is a software engineer, content creator, digital marketer, and software developer. Privacy and cookie requests go to hello@genzeblog.com or the contact page.

What the site stores

A newsletter signup stores the email address and the time you joined. A contact message stores the name, email, subject, and the note you sent. The server may keep a standard log of the IP address, browser, and the page requested. That log is used to run and protect the site.

These records are not sold. They are used to send the newsletter you asked for, to answer you, and to operate the site.

Cookies and the choice you make

A banner asks you to accept or reject optional cookies. That choice is saved in this browser. Essential cookies still run, because the contact form and the editor login need them. Advertising and analytics cookies stay off until you accept. The list, and how to change the choice, is on the cookie policy.

Advertising

GenzeBlog is prepared for Google AdSense. An ad is shown only after a publisher ID is saved in the site settings. Every unit is labeled Advertisement and sits apart from the article. Google chooses the ad. The editor does not. An ad does not change a score, a buy-or-skip line, or which story runs. Ads stay off search results.

If you accept cookies, Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads from this visit and from visits to other sites. If you reject them, those advertising cookies stay off. You can also manage personalization at Google’s ad settings. Google describes the cookies in how Google uses cookies in advertising.

Analytics

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is saved, and you accept cookies, Google receives page-view data so the desk can see which stories are read. The tag is not added until an ID is saved, and analytics storage stays denied until you accept.

How long records stay

A newsletter address stays until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. A contact message stays until the question is handled and you ask for deletion, or until it is no longer needed to run the site. Server logs are kept only as long as the host needs them for security.

Children

GenzeBlog is written for a general adult audience. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child’s address was submitted, email hello@genzeblog.com and it will be deleted.

Your requests

Email hello@genzeblog.com to access, correct, or delete a newsletter address or a contact message. Say which address you used. You will get a confirmation when it is done.
