TSMC said advanced CoWoS packaging capacity remains tight through mid-2027. That is a supply note for AI accelerators, not a promise about any one chip brand. That is the narrow version of TSMC CoWoS capacity.
The person this changes first is a hardware buyer waiting on GPU lead times. TSMC is who the reporting names, and that is not a claim about every rival in the same market.
I am not adding a result the report did not state. A pilot, a pledge, a filing, and a product you can buy are different events, and TSMC CoWoS capacity is only as far as the first sentence.
